MCSCC High Speed Autocross April 8th

Steve from the Midwestern Council Sports Car Clubs has invited members of our club to participate in their Time Attack/ Autocross at the Autobahn Country Club's North track on April 8th.

The event costs $125. Here are the basic details from Steve:

Driver meeting is at 8:00am, Green track is usually at 8:30am. We shut down at 6pm.

hot laps and a cooldown. We only allow passing on the front straight.

After lunch, we have timed runs. Again, we guarantee three timed runs but four or five is quite common. The start of your hotlap is a standing start. Your car crosses a timing light and we track your car for an entire lap
until you cross the timing light again. Then you keep going around the track to pit-in.

We group cars according to potential (our General Competition Rules) so you compete against cars of similar potential.

Your best time for the day is put up against other cars in your class. Best time in class wins. Top 30% in class get a trophy.
Free Beer and snacks at the end of the day (even for MCSCC non-members).

Entry form, rules, directions, etc. are located Here.

Thank you Chicago Mini Motoring Club.

We really appreciate you letting us spread the word about our event. All told, I believe we had 8 Mini's at our event. We loved having you play with us and hope you had as much fun as we did.
