Spring Drive 2014

Spring Drive

The 2014 edition of our Spring Drive will be on Sunday April 27th.  Come on out to the the official start of the MINI driving season.

WRAPUP: we had over 50 MINIs attending from CMMC, MilwaukeeMINIs and Minis In Northern Illinois clubs.  It was a very chilly spring day, but the predicted rain held off for the drive.  We also had many new people out for their first club drive.  A very fun ride thru Wisconsin backroads, ending with a stop at the famous Brat Stop.

  1. Jen and I will be there. With my kids probably also! Just gotta get my daughter used to the faster style runs. She didn’t like the up and down hills and fast corners I took them on last time.

  2. There has been another delay with my production slot. Sadly I will not be able to attend.

  3. I’m in with my friend riding passenger! Hope it’s as large as the one last year! We went to Racine. +2

  4. Finally able to attend my first CMMC event :)! I’ll be bringing my dad. Can’t wait !

  5. I will try and make it, doesn’t look good as it is my sister’s birthday weekend.

  6. Is there a way to get route ahead of time? Will be driving solo so it would be nice to enter into GPS to act as navigator for me. Could you post on the site?

  7. thanks Steve for the great drive . Sorry that your car had stopping issues. This was a nice experience for me as a new member . I am looking forwards to more events .

  8. Thanks All!! I had a great time despite needing to drive the dirty backup MINI..
The puddle of brake fluid under my car helped me find the rusted brake line.. Now just need to get that fixed and get my MINI back out on the road for the next time.
