UPDATE 01/11/2005: Only 2 spots remaining as of 10:00pm

NOTE: For anyone sending in applications for Go-Karting after 01/09/2005, please post here as well so we are sure to count you in!!

There are still spots open for Go-Karting on January 16th!!

Several people have expressed interest, but remember that you are not officially counted until your check gets to one of the Club Officers.

Satisfy your wintertime need for speed by cutting some quick laps around Chicago Indoor Racing's larger track, or just come on out to watch the fun.

There's an earlier post farther down the page here; http://www.chicagominiclub.com/2004/12/03/indoor_go_karting_-_january_16th.html

that has more complete details as to time and a link to CIR's web-site.

However, Chicago Indoor Racing is located at 301 Hastings Dr in Buffalo Grove. Their site has fairly comprehensive directions here, http://www.chicagoindoorracing.com/directions.asp

The mandatory pre-race briefing is at 11.

Wow!! What a great time. I even had fun getting T-Boned by my favorite MINI salesman (I know he was just trying to straighten me out when I got a bit sideways in a turn). Thanks to everyone for comming out..

The owner of CIR has had his JCW on track 3. He said 1st gear and lots of handbrake. :) We should invite him to race with us next time. He owes me a dollar from the last time I used him as curb :) Steve I hope the leg is ok. Sorry again. Stop in the store and I'll get your car washed.
