Thanks for posting, Steve…

Bummer that they’re not taking Sheridan further North. Just jumping on the Edens / Tri-State isn’t so exciting… :-(

Shooting up Sheridan and the Circle Route around the lake most of the way would be a lot more fun…. Alas…

Guess having more time in Elkhart would be even better though.

Any idea of an arrival time at Lamb’s Farm ? I’m working that day but might meet up with the group there.

My guess would be ~11:30 at the earliest.

I like the Lambs Farm stop! If I decide not to drive all the way back down to the city in the morning I can just join the group in Libertyville.

I like the Lambs farm option, the idea of going through the Eden’s construction zone 4 times in 12 hours is not thrilling.

Does anyone want to meet up for breakfast there first?

The “official” rally map is available now on MINIUSA: http://blogfiles.minitakesthestates.com/Chicago_Rally_Map.pdf

I had a meeting this morning up off Sheridan Road and I left the meeting, sitting there waiting at the stop light and I see one MINI, then two, then ten and then more!

Looked like a fantastic turnout for the drive over on Sheridan anyways. I was in my 135, so inconspicuous to the MINI parade.

If I didn’t have other commitments to get to, I probably would have headed North with you all versus South back downtown.

Great day for a drive - especially in a MINI/BMW. :o)

Guess I need to check the site more often - am I still welcome on drives, even though I’m not a MINI owner/driver anymore?
