Join us on our Third annual weekend drive on a multi-club event exploring some of Wisconsin’s funnest roads. The dates have been moved to September in hopes for better weather compared to previous early spring events.

For planning purposes, please complete our Google Registration Form – even if you will not be staying at the rally hotel. Everyone will also be required to sign a club waiver prior to participating in the event. We will have the waiver, along with route information at the driver meetings before the Friday run and the Saturday run.

Description:
The “alphabet roads” of Wisconsin’s driftless area may be the best kept car and motorcycle
enthusiasts secret in the upper midwest. The driftless area features rugged terrain that was
never scoured by glaciers, offering stunning ridgelines, secluded valleys and endless rolling hills geography that seems more like the Appalachian foothills than Wisconsin. The main rally
event will be our “Coffee and Curves Run” that will take in some of the best motoring the area
has to offer.
Tentative Schedule/Itinerary:
Route note – tentative routes are linked and may be viewed in the schedule/itinerary below. Routes will not be finalized until scouting (for road construction, etc.) is done mid August.
Friday, September 25
- 5pm: Dinner on your own at any of the numerous restaurant options in the Baraboo area. Driftless Glen is highly recommended for dinner and/or cocktails – dinner will require you to book a reservation but you can just walk in for cocktails and tastings at the bar. Your event coordinator (Scott) will be there so look for him in MINI attire!
- 7:30ish: Social – meet by the fire pits on the patio at the Fairfield Inn with your favorite beverages and stories.
Saturday, September 26
- 7:30am driver meeting in the north lot of the hotel
- 8:00am sharp, wheels up! Fairfield Inn to Viroqua (tentative route – 104mi)
- 10:30am, stop in Viroqua for coffee, farmers market, brunch (on your own), some options listed below
- 12:30pm, regroup in the Viroqua HS/MS parking lot (100 Blackhawk Dr, Viroqua, WI 54665)
- 12:45pm, wheels up for return run to Fairfield Inn (tentative route – 158mi)
- Mid drive stop in Elroy at Kwik Trip for fuel, bathroom, etc.
- 6:00pm group dinner at Tumbled Rock Brewery and Kitchen (tentative – waiting on confirmation)
- 8:00pm social – meet by the fire pits on the patio at the Fairfield Inn after dinner.
Sunday, September 27
- 7:30am meet in the north lot of the hotel to arrange cars for an 8am drone pic
- 8:30am sharp, wheels up! Brunch run to Spring Green General Store.
* Note – FRS / GMRS radios are encouraged (not required) on the runs in order to help keep everyone together. We will have a radio check at each driver meeting.
