WRAPUP: Close to 50 MINIs attended this spectacular event!!  The predicted rainy weather held off for the whole evening.  We took a winding neighborhood drive along some twisty roads, and looped a couple area cul-de-sacs..  We filled up the back area at Superdawg for a fun hang out, listening to DJ tunes by Source 1 DJ Services .  Huge thanks to Superdawg for hosting our club, and Arnie and Lena for the planning/coordination work!!

MINIs will be back at Superdawg on a prime time Saturday night!!  This year we will meet up beforehand for a fun little neighborhod drive so we can all arrive en-mass.

WHEN:  Saturday June 15th.  Drive departs at 6:15 and we plan to arrive at Superdawg at around 7pm

WHERE: End location is  Superdawg 333 S. Milwaukee Avenue, Wheeling, IL 60090

Optional short pre-drive starting at Hawthorn Mall  122 Hawthorn Center, Vernon Hills, IL  We’ll meet in the northeast side of the mall.

WHAT: A hangout and a chance to enjoy some good food and MINI friends.

WHO:  This event is open to anyone

  1. Lee, Phyl, Eric & Allie plan to be there, either in our Countryman or the loaner that Bill Jacobs will give us while they replace our throwout bearing a SECOND time!

  2. Guess I have to go since my car is now on their sign! Be a later arrival though as we’ll be at Milwuakee Indyfest that day.

  4. I will be attending, since I’m in Glenview I will just be meeting everyone at Superdawg.

  16. My son and I will be there! One last hurrah for my 2003 MINI Cooper S before my new Clubman arrives in early-July.
