Coding event October 25th

 

Ram from http://www.bmwminicoding.com/ will be back in town to program options to change some settings in our Gen1, Gen2, or Gen 3 MINI.

Popular options include:

Turn off bulb checks (for those that want to use LED lights without resistors)
Removal of navigation disclaimer
Side mirrors auto folding on lock and unlock (BMW only)
Auto closing of sunroof when rain is detected
Enabling rear fogs
Sexy double blink emergency flashers

 

Wrapup: We had a good bunch of people for a day of hanging out and getting options coded   Huge thanks to Ram for driving in from Madison to make this event happen!!

WHEN: Saturday October 25th, 9am till when we are done.

WHAT: Ram has a list of BMW and MINI codes that are available on his website.

Not all codes work on all MINIs and several factors including your MINIs build date, factory options and other variables determine compatibility.

If you’re interested please reply to this post the following:

Your MINI/BMW year (build date if you know)
Your MINI/BMW model
What coding option(s) are you interested in?

Pricing for codes for Gen1/Gen2 will be $10/option or $50 per car if you want more than 5 options coded.
Gen3 F56 is $10/option or $75 per car if you want all possible options coded

  1. We’ll bring Beth’s MINI 2010 Cooper, build date 7/10. We need to replace what we had done at MOTD. Over 5 codes needed.

  2. I am interested. 2012 Mini Cooper S, build date April 2012. I am interested in rear fogs, double blinking hazards and, if possible, one touch sun roof.

  3. I’ll be there. I have a 2014 R55, need the double blink on the emergency flashers, the sunroof one touch vent/open/close, and close windows & sunroof with key fob.

  4. I have a 2012 r60 countryman S. Would love to attend and have my sunroof coded to be a one touch open/close. Thanks!
